As a fellow long-distance runner, I have experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of training for and participating in races. Over the past couple of years, I have also become acutely aware of the importance of proper wellness coaching in helping runners achieve their goals and perform at their best. I've completed many road marathons and ultra marathons with a more relaxed approach to life and training. I don't feel like everyone has to fit the "Colorado'' fitness mold and compete at the highest levels. Some people may want to begin running for their first time with a goal in mind. I want to help them get there in the healthiest way.

$200 one time consultation, includes training plans, general strength, and mobility exercise prescription.
$125 a month for individualized training plans, once a month phone call, unlimited email/texting.
$250 a month for individualized training plans, wellness and run coaching via 4 phone calls a month, individualized strength and mobility exercises, unlimited email/texting.
